Junior Training (Buds to U16): Weekly training from September until end June excluding mid-term, Christmas and Easter holidays (as per Cheshire West and Chester Council).

Senior Club: Pre-season during August, then weekly training, excluding Christmas holidays, from September until May/June (depending on league/s).

Senior Prem: Pre-season from July, then weekly training and S&C, excluding Christmas holidays, from September) until March/April (depending on league/s).

Back to Netball: Weekly training from September until end June excluding mid-term, Christmas and Easter holidays (as per Cheshire West and Chester Council).
