Chester Netball

CODE OF CONDUCT

Dear Members,

Whether you are a player, parent, volunteer, coach or team manager, please take a moment to read this important message. It relates to you all. For our younger members, we’d like parents, carers and coaches to please share and explain the message in a way that your child/player will understand.

At Chester, we aim for excellence in all aspects of netball and pride ourselves in our reputation as a re-spected and established club within the England Netball community.

In being part of Chester, we all sign up to the England Netball Codes of conduct and expect our members, volunteers, coaches, team managers and family members to conduct themselves to the highest standard.

We pride ourselves on always wanting to improve and part of that is being willing to learn from situations where we could have done better.

Everyone likes to win, but we at Chester do not win at all costs.

So, please take some time to remind yourself and your child, team or family of the conduct and values that we expect at all times. When you wear our Chester kit, you are representing us all, so do us proud.

England Netball want players to ‘achieve and have fun’ but how we conduct ourselves is integral to this.

Thank you for taking time to read this.
